How long does a consulting engagement take?

A focused assessment usually takes 1–3 weeks. Ongoing consulting (a set day each week) or project-based work is also possible.

Do you need access to our codebase?

Read access is enough for the assessment; an NDA is standard. If you prefer, we run the sessions on your screen together.

What are the deliverables?

A prioritised findings report with impact/risk and estimated effort for each item; a 30-60-90 day improvement roadmap and optional implementation support.

Do you also do the implementation?

Yes. We can implement the findings ourselves or hand them to your team with mentoring.
