Why we exist
Good engineering works quietly
We spent most of our careers in the data layer of banking, e-commerce and SaaS products. We saw the same story over and over: a fast-growing product stalls one day because of the database, and the team firefights for weeks.
We started ScaleOn to break that loop. The goal isn't to make ourselves indispensable; it's to leave the system healthy, documented and easy to hand over.
