Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in KVKK art. 5: necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller, the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and, where required, your explicit consent.

6. Retention

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request erasure/destruction where the conditions are met, and request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
